The Model FTC is a foot operated rocker arm type spot welding machine with a built-in timer control as standard equipment. This machine provides such features as a low fatigue toggle type foot lever system which develops the welding pressure with only a few pounds at the lever. A 4" pull-out adjustment of the top welding arm, a vertical and side adjustment of the lower arm, ejector type water cooled electrodes, side panels hinged for easy access to the machine interior, a separate compartment built into the frame to house the electrical controls and a frame size designed to save valuable floor space. This machine provides automatic weld current timing to assure accurate and consistent spot welds. A machine of great versatility equally adaptable for the small shop or high production line.
